shipping policy
we currently ship to all 50 states within the united states for orders not containing alcohol. all orders containing alcohol are restricted to sale within the state of south dakota. you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays. we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the carrier.
return & exchange policy
all sales are final. due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. we take great care to ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected for quality and are free from damage before they are packed and shipped.

damaged items
if you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

usps option (ground advantage): package is insured for up to $100. you will need to file a claim with the united states postal service to be reimbursed for any damage.
